I like Leo, I have no problem with him. But shame on you guys with how you posted on this thread. I didnt get the vibe that she thought the world revolved around here, she PAID for something, had no communication from the seller the entire time and STILL has yet to get the item she paid for despite this being posted months ago.

If someone is going to sell something, whether they have a life outside of this site or not, they should be communicative with the person who has PAID for an item and they should ship it out in a timely manner. Not read messages and not respond, yoy have time to open up a message and read it?!? You have time to respond.

Just because YOU guys have had a good transaction with Leo does not make anyone elses experience worth less. You should be happy that someone has come on here and let everyone know what has been going on. Not belittle her when she STILL has not gotten the item from Leo.

I completely agree with you Kayla. Sellers don't have the right to just blow off their buyers because they are "trusted". I had a good trade with Leo in the past. But still; even if he meets stars all the time, has a fantastic collection, etc.. Still doesn't make it okay to blow off someone who spent their own money on your item(s). Not cool.

But people here still need to be patience. Their life is NOT fan mail.. Leo has a job, family, and other responsibilities. And the OP didn't even know when Leo got their payment... I mean they don't know if he was traveling and he WAS traveling. LOL. He does go outta the state to meet this people and he does take his time to get the items signed..and he isn't on FM 24/7, and I don't think that people were trying to make their incident with Leo worth "less" but people are saying their opinion about Leo because we know he is a trusted member around here.

It's not fan mail that we are talking about. We are talking about someone who is doing business with someone else. This isn't a request for him to get her an autograph when he's meeting someone, this isn't a request for an address after he got a success. Leo had a signed CD/photo - whatever in his possession already signed, sold it to Sarah - Sarah paid - he got the money, admitted to getting the money and here it is 4 months later and Sarah has not gotten the CD. No response what so ever from Leo, he reads her messages and does not reply.

If this was Ebay, ETSY or Amazon he would have gotten a negative by now and Sarah would have gotten her money back. I have been a seller on ETSY and EBAY for years, and would never EVER make a seller wait this long for an item or never get back to them. & I work a full time job and many other responsibilities. Everyone does, it's called life. If you cannot balance that between it all, you shouldn't be selling stuff - period. Like I said, you have time to open up a private message - you have time to respond.

I do agree with you both. But we ALL have families. We ALL have responsibilities. We ALL have things we need to do. So just because Leo travels doesn't make it okay for him to ignore his buyers messages. I can understand if he notifies the buyer that he will be out of town and he has to postpone the shipment but it's completely 100% wrong to give no notice whatsoever. He's given some good deals but trusted and responsible are two totally different things. He has an amazing collection nonetheless but it would be very much appreciated in the future if he provided his buyers with accurate information on when he would be shipping the products they purchased, just so all flows smoothly.

Or just ship them period. And if he can't, refund them their money. It still stands Sarah has not received her item, 4 months later. So either man up and send what she bought or refund her. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing I have and spent someone's money and they haven't gotten what they paid for.

Holy crap! I never long on to Fanmail anymore so I have not been seeing anyone this. The last time I was on here was months ago. I have replied to Sarah and everything is getting fixed.
