If/Then failure donation request

I sent a letter and SAE with US stamp on to the Stage Manager on: 10th November 2014, and last Tuesday i recieved this note back asking for a $40 donation.

address I used was:

Stage Manager of ' If/Then',
Richard Rodgers Theatre,
226. West 46th Street,
New York
NY 10036
USA

ADDRESS STILL VALID!!

Is that the same if just want Idina Menzel to sign a frozen photo ?
