Just got three items back, all previously signed by multiple cast members. TRIPLE FAIL. All three stamps were smudged and ruined my cast pieces. =[

Maybe it just depends on the groups of people you hang out with. I know if you Google a fan mail address, this website pops up first. But this isn't a common knowledge thing with every one. If you collect, you most likely know. I'd say the real problem comes from people who send a lot of things (I can understand getting one for you and a friend or two) and people who send all the time. Jane Fonda has stopped almost all together. I sent her a 9 to 5 photo that Lily Tomlin signed in person for me previously and it has yet to come back (sent in June). Jane's schedule has increased, but you used to see successes all the time. She was actually my first success in Oct of 2009 (haven't sent her a request since Oct 2009 to June 2014). But people would send to her constantly. I even remember one post that says they mail her stuff every three months. THOSE are the people that ruin it. I'm sure the celebrity/assistant catches on to that too.

Very sad to see, personally I stick to a 1-3 only rule depending on the person and if its hard deciding what to ask for to be signed.

Anymore than 3 photos is asking for a personal signing session.

I had a hard time picking pictures for one celeb, so I am sending two and will leave it to his consideration to pick which one to sign, should he decide to sign of course

I assumed fromuk meant at different times. I usually only send 2 at a time, but i got 2 dvd covers and 2 photos signed by Wes Craven in one go, and a little thank you note. I think how many you send at a time depends on how likelly you are to get a reply, and how much time they are likely to have to do it.
