Feedback on my list and whether they're worth trying

So I made a quick list of people I was thinking of contacting. Was hoping for a bit of quick feedback if people think any of them aren't worth bothering with. I've looked through the thread of people who don't usually reply and put the ones in red that I might not try based on what's been said there. If anyone thinks they are worth a try though, please say. I'd also be interested to know if they're known to not sign them personally.
