Umm this is the first almost problem I've come across

This is the first of anything I've come across since I've become a moderator, and it isn't even in the forum I moderate so I'm not sure what should be done about it. I know Andy316 or whatever the numbers are is talked about a lot as someone who might make trouble (I think...) and I think this post could (not will) lead to an argument if someone takes it the wrong way. Just the way s/he doesn't back up his statement at all makes me kind of nervous. That and when I was looking through some of his/her other posts it looks like he has gotten into some tense conversations before. I just think this needs to be watched to make sure it doesn't turn into an argument. Hmm...

Andy316 does say they told him they didn't pass on fanmail in the post right before the one that you're talking about, but he doesn't say how he contacted them.

I don't think it's anything to worry about.
