Adresses on the envelopes

Just for being sure about these letters...


This is the return envelope


And this will be the one I'm going to send

Except for the "air mail" stuff that I'm going to write, do I have to add other adresses?
Do I have to add on the return envelope also actor adress on the left top?
And my address on the left top of the envelope which i'm going to send to the actor?

All I do is write my address on my SASE and celebs address on their envelope.

I know it's common in some places to add return addresses but not so much on the UK so I don't.
