I can confirm that the original post is a stamp. A friend of mine just got back two requests that he had out to Fats and they all came back stamped with this exact same signature.

Not sure about these but the ones I received not long ago are not stamped. Autopen maby but I doubt it. I sent a pic and a blank autograph card n both are signed with similar signatures but both different so not autopen I think he's got a pretty shaky signature. Now he may stamp some but mine are definitely not a stamp you can see the flow of the sharpie ink or whatever he used to sign them.

Yep I know but not sure there autopened either the one on the card I got looks shaky like aged handwriting not autopen shaky now on my picture it has Fats at the top n then Fats Domino in middle of pic both slightly different signatures can't see them changing autopens on same picture looks like he started fats at top but didn't wanna sign over his face then signed in middle of pic.

It's possible that he is still signing some authentically and stamping the majority of them now. Even when he was still singing over the past few years his signature has gotten really bad... so maybe that's what you're getting, caveww?

I think that's the case with the card its authentic looks exactly like the one I have from years ago just not as shaky. im still not 100% about the picture tho

Just received two identical stamps from Fats Domino. Unfortunately he may be getting too old to sign.

I received these 2 signed items back from Fats a few weeks ago. A CD cover & photo which I sent him to sign. Would be interested to hear what everyone thinks regarding the authenticity/autopen issue. Thanks.
