In the FAQ, it said that International buyers are paying $6 for the shipping and handling.
Is this correct? Cause I need to be sure, I hope someone can help me.

it says that it's a Coil of 3000, do they mean that it's 3000 stamps?
if so, it would help me A LOT if I ordered those, since they are so many
How much do they cost? cause there's 2 prices there, so I'm not sure which price is the correct for the 3000 stamps.
And how long time will it take for me to get the stamps?
