HELP!!!

I am not from the US and I am not sure about the postage stamps and the IRC thingy, are we supposed to include IRCs or to just paste the stamps on the return envelope and not include the IRCs?

IRCs are for when you ship a return envelope out of the country. When you buy IRCs just include them (they look like money almost) and the celeb will do the rest. Don't put US stamps on the return envelope because they can't be used in other countries.
