What should be done about this post?

I don't think that there is a way we can ever be sure about how many people know about it, or how many will be informed of it.

Since it is in the moderators forum at this point, only we can see it, but I'm not sure how many people viewed it before it was moved.

TimmyMcGraw doesn't seem like she'd be stopped from giving it out if she was asked in PM. So all we can do is hope that she won't.

i tried to tell them that it was wrong, however, then she started with the phone numbers.... apperently i need a little practice.

We should maybe talk to her, and ask her not to give it away.

Here's what I sent them:

Hi,

It has been brought to my attention that you were freely distributing personal information regarding Dylan and Cole Sprouse.

I am writing to ask that you please stop giving out this information. I am sure that the information you are distributing is not information the Sprouse twins would want revealed to the public.

Think about it this way: If you were a huge celebrity, would you want your AIM screen name / phone number revealed to the public? Besides being contacted all the time, there are some people who would use this information for spam purposes.

In addition, one of our moderators has contacted one of the screen names you listed. The woman that responded said she had once met the Sprouse twins, but nothing more. She said that she has been inundated with IMs from people believing she is one of the Sprouse twins. She kindly asked that people stop contacting her.

I think your PM is very good

TimmyMcGraw has a terrible attitude and who are they in a position to say "They love talking to their fans"?

They can post it all they want on other websites (although it is wrong), but not here on fanmail.biz! I find the response to your PM very rude, even though you were very polite...
