yeh you do it on a program, i make my sigs on just the simple programs that everyone has like paint, photo editor and imaging. then you just save it as a .jpg image and then upload it onto either photobucket or image shack and put it the address between [img] [/img]. you'll get used to it once you've done it a few times!
