Xavier Nady (NY Mets)

I am so excited about this success because I thought I would never get any thing back. I sent this to where the NY Mets were doing spring training, and after they finished I didn't think I would get anything back. Xavier Nady was my favorite Padre last year and when he was traded to the Mets I was upset. I wrote him letter telling him how much of a fan of his I was and that I wished him the best with the Mets. I didn't send anything to sign just SASE and I got a signed Padres baseball card.

Thanks for letting me know that he got traded because I was watching the NYM/San Diego game and it didn't see him.

yeah, it was a last minute thing at the deadline, because one of the mets pitchers got injured in a taxi cab accident, so they had to trade him for a pitcher to replace the guy that got hurt. so yeah, nady plays mostly first base i think for the pirates now... no problem!
