I usually try to get genuine sigs, But decided SFM would be a good way to get signed pics of the celebs I liked but probably wouldn't have requested from otherwise

I don't know for sure, but I don't think that Tia and Tamera Mowry addresses are valid anymore, at least they didn't work with me.

From all of my SFM successes, most are 5x7 photos. There are a few 8x10's and some smaller 6x4's.

Usually I like to put something along the lines of:

Dear __________,

My name is __________, and I am a fan of your work as __________ in __________.

May I kindly request a photo be sent to the address below. Thank you.

I wish you all the best in the future.

Yours sincerely,
Your name

Your address goes here

The celebrity you write to will never read your email, as an employee of SFM will and send out a photo on behalf of that particular celebrity. As such, you can keep your emails brief.

Yes, it is legit. Celebrities employ Studio Fan Mail to send photos out on their behalf. It is safe, as they only use your address to send a photo. I haven't had any problems with them at all.
