I cant even discribe how shocked and sad i am right now. i have watched Steve for years and to hear that he was killed is devastating. i wish Terri and the kids my wishes.

Oh, this is so sad. I can't believe it.

I like his show "Crocodile Hunter" very much.
I will spend many minute's silences for him.
I give my heart to his wife and two children. May they get the strength to overcome this painful incident.

i was only watching him yesterday on tele and thinking wow lol i wish i could do that! n now hes gone

i feel so sad for his family and friends i really do! i would neva have thought he could die thins early on considering he spneds his life with crocodiles and gets killed by a stringray )he got it throught the heart)

This is really terrible news. Steve was awesome. I always used to love watching his shows. My mum woke me up this morning to tell me, she'd heard it on the news. I still can't believe it.

He will certainly never be forgotten.

I just can't explain how sad I am...it's unbelievable. I thought this guy was invincible- may he rest in peace

He was so enthusiastic about what he did and he just loved animals!

My heart goes out to his wife and children.
