On June 1st 2015, I sent a LOR, A SASE and an 8x10 photo to:

Kevin Tighe
The Burstein Company
15304 Sunset Blvd.
Suite 208
Pacific Palisades, CA 9027

And on May 26, 2016 I got my photo back signed! Thoughts? I heard he doesn't sign Emergency stuff?
