Avicii failure

on the 18/5/16I sent Avicii an e-mail to info@atnightmgmt.com and today I received an e-mail back saying it was not possible to send me an autograph

I think i was one the first one on sending emails to them the last year (2015) (before the madness of a lot of people getting some autographs) but I never got an answer, and i tryed again and i got that DISAPPOINTING answer too.
(I hate when that things happens but btw good luck in your collection :D)
