I also received a VV success from John Travolta on Monday via 'Hairspray' (pictures included): http://www.fanmail.biz/mboard/viewtopic.php?t=43871

Even though John is shooting in Canada, I find it odd that my request was forwarded from Canada to the US and postmarked from Santa Barbara, CA (where his PO Box is). Given the debate regarding his autograph being authentic or not, I think this raises a red flag for my success. I am however, happy that at least I did receive a reply, and I know you feel the same way too
