please? i know alot of other people that sent out to that addy, and are going to recieve a dissapointing rts.

Hey Arizona!
Unfortunately, the BBC do not pass on fanmail unless its for regulars (e.g. presenters), Alot of people have tried the address and have recieved replies like yours. IP and Via there agents are the most reliable ways to get successes :)
