I have always been wondering if they really sell ONLY genuine items. How to spot this?
They have brilliant reputation around the world and it might be very tempting to sign some photos themselves and then sell it as genuine.
What do you, dear collectors, think?

I can't say for certain but UACC don't sell autographs. Alot of people on eBay say that they got a certain autograph from the UACC. They don't sell autographs. eBay member's such as AutographWorldLLC has been selling authentic celebrity autographs since 1987. They are UACC Registered Dealers and recipients of the 2004 Autograph Dealer of the Year award. They sell their own in-person autographs.
Basically if an auction on eBay is saying they bought it from the UACC, you can be almost certain it's a fake

They usually say that they have bought the item from UACC dealer, not from UACC itself.
please have a look http://www.uaccauction.com/

Hi Anneli
I think you're a little confused.
The UACC is the Universal Autograph Collectors Club. They are the oldest and most respected autograph collecting club in the world and must follow the strict code of ethics in order to be a member. Their website can be found here.
The website http://www.uaccauction.com/ is legitimate (there's even a link on the UACC website) and the autographs should be genuine
. The sellers on the site are Registered Dealers of the UACC. The UACC is a club and does not sell autographs directly - it is the members/dealers of the UACC that do so.
If you're buying autographs from members of the UACC, it should be OK.
