Last year whenever I wrote Gilmore Girls I always wrote

Celeb
c/o Gilmore Girls
c/o Warner Brothers TV
4000 Warner Blvd
Burbank, CA 91522

now I look up stars like Edward Herrmann and it lists:

c/o Gilmore Girls
CW TV Network
3701 Oak Street 34R
Burbank, CA 91505


Is this the new address since being on CW? Is the 4000 Warner still valid or should I write the new Oak Street Address? Thanks!!!
