I'm not quite sure that this is true. The current roster of celebrities who use SFM are at http://www.fanmail.biz/mboard/viewtopic.php?t=26981 . Most celebrities don't use SFM.

Some celebrities do send out PP's but just because a celebrity sends out PP's doesn't mean that they are members of SFM. Jim Carrey sends out PP's but isn't a member of SFM, Bob Barker sends out PP's & isn't a member of SFM.

IIRC, I believe that the roster of SFM has stayed the same.
