How do you add people to the $10 draw?

I've seen many moderators with the thanks for your feedback, you have been entered to the $10 draw - are all mods eligible to add people to the draw? Or is it for specific mods only? Sorry, I'd just like to be able to add people because the users always seem so happy once you have!

You should contact admin if you'd like to become a moderator CP (control panel)
