You have to remember that you should only send out what you can afford to lose! There is always a risk of someone not signing at all, or your package getting lost in the mail to/from the celebrity etc. If you want to risk sending the same t-shirt to multiple celebrities, go ahead. It's your choice. However, don't be sad if you never see the t-shirt again (especially after collecting 5 or 6 autographs on it).
Furthermore, don't forget that the t-shirt can get damaged during transportation, while it's with the celebrity etc., so you must also take this into consideration after you get your t-shirt back.
