Hey everyone!!

I just got an message from one of our members damirh and he told me that he is having a bit of a problem with andy316.He said that he posted asking where he could find good quality images and said that andy316 replied back telling him that he just didn't look hard enough and was lazy.I just thought that I should let you all know what was going on!! {thumb2}

Yes I've been in contact with him too.

They had a fight in a topic which I had to lock. It seems they gave neg. points to eachother. They were probably uncalled for, as members sometime give

just because they disagree.

Andy got his points removed from that incident, and I think it's fair to remove damirh's too. He know he did something wrong and I think he will be a good member in the future

I've removed the points from this incident.

I was a little worried about this incident because damirh did seem that he was a little bit offended and bothered by it so I just wanted to clear it up with the mods!!It's a good thing you locked the thread!!

In my personal opinion, and from previous clashes, I'd say Andy316 needs to be atleast warned.

He violates the reputation system and is foul to everyone. He has sworn in quite a few places. A while ago, I gave him a

for it and he then went out of his way to give me a

You can't give a warning unless it's associated with a specific post that he's posted. If you try to give him a warning from a really old post, it's kind of unjustified because if he was to receive a warning from that post - it should have been done promptly.

Plus, I don't recommend you giving out the warning unless it's ultimately necessary as he may bring back some sort of 'retaliation' (e.g. playing around with the reputation system

). It's probably best if admin was to give the warning in this instance.

Just my thoughts.
