OK, this is kind of difficult to say as I don't want to pin-point anyone so I'm just going to say it.
I think there needs to be some sort of balancing on who responds to which feedback post. I don't know how though.
Excluding myself, I only see the same people who respond to most feedback. I'm not mentioning names but I think there needs to be a limit. I'm aware of the whole reward system for the mod who does the most CP'ing but some moderators don't get a word in. I could be totally wrong and those moderators don't want to enter the people in the draw therfore this topic being a waste of time.
Tell me what you think. I don't think I've explained this well.

Re: Control Panel
I do understand what you are saying. There are a few moderators that are always the ones who respond to give the allposters entries, and by the time some of us get onto the forums, there are no posts left to enter people in.TheMailman wrote:OK, this is kind of difficult to say as I don't want to pin-point anyone so I'm just going to say it.

While I understand that you, and probably a few other members as well, would like to get to enter people from time to time, I think all it boils down to is beating those moderators to the posts. I don't think it would be fair to limit a moderator to the # of entries they can give per day, I think that the moderators that would like to give more entries should politely PM the mods that are giving all the entries and ask them if they can slow down and let another mod do a little bit.

That might sound easier than saidI think that the moderators that would like to give more entries should politely PM the mods that are giving all the entries and ask them if they can slow down and let another mod do a little bit.
I find that it's like a race now unfortunately. It's not fair to those who wish to want to help out the forum. I have barely posted on the feedback page because it's all attended to.
Then again, those who are doing so are helping out a lot.

Thank you -Lil1- for the siggie set!
I can see how the whole reputation point thing has turned this whole feedback thing into a competition but I don't think there should be a limit as to how many people we can enter into the draw.
The whole idea behind getting more CP moderators was that there were more feedbacks posted than moderators to update the database. Now we have this other problem. And the only option I see to solve this is by taking away the reputation points for updating the data base and entering people into the draw...

thats what kept happening with me, Id go to post and someone else would enter it before I got it punched in, then Id have to delete my postTheMailman wrote: 'A race' is what I meant. Even though those people are helping out, as soon as I click submit, they've already entered them for the draw. Extremely frustrating

I agree with you there....for example...That explains why certain CP's don't enter members in for the draw anymore
While I can enter people into the draw, I rarely do anymore due to the fact, like Chrissy said, they are already replied. Feedback, SFM, and Via-Venue are always answered.
I also agree with Chrissy that those who do enter all the people are doing a superb job helping though.
