What do I write to the person I'm writing to and try to ask them to provide the postage if I send a SASE. Please write how you would write it. thanks!

well isn't an SASE already stamped? but if you were to send an SAE then maybe try to say like included is a self addressed envelope. Sorry i didn't pay for the postage but if you could i would be very happy. Or something like that

I would just send an SAE. This is how I would put it:
Please send the autograph in this envelope.(please stamp the envelope)
or Don't even include that you did not pay for the stamp!

*edited* oops my bad. instead of SAE, I put SASE lol. but what i mean is like something like this..

I've enclosed a SAE and was wondering if you can provide postage...? something like that?

Hi BABii_ANG3L

You should include return postage with your request. Celebrities have no obligation to send something to you if you don't pay for return postage. Sending a SASE is a matter of politeness, and makes the whole fan mail process easy for them.

You have to remember that celebrities receive a lot of fan mail and do not work just to pay for postage! If a lot of people do not send return postage, it adds up - especially when you consider they may have to reply to 100 or even 1000 requests without postage.

No, that doesn't sound right at all. Ask for a photo, but don't mention anything about envelopes.
