Well I was quite surprised when I heard she was 17. She also introduced her self in the thread in the GD and said she was 17 but that thread has been renewed so it's not there any longer.

People lie about their age all the time on Myspace

I don't see why anyone would lie. It doesn't affect anything on MySpace

As You Can See It Clearly States That She's 17, And I Don't See Why She Would Lie About Her Age If Evangeline Personalised The Autograph With "Happy Belated 17th Birthday".

Although, I Agree. Her Posts Do Give The Impression She's Alot Younger.

Sorry to be so persistent, but people do lie about their age all the time on MySpace. Almost everyone I know that has a MySpace has not entered his or her real age.

She emailed me once and somehow I got the impression that she was more like 12 or 13, maybe younger. I'm not sure if she flat out said "I'm 12" or anything, but something makes me think that she's not older than that...

Evangeline Lilly SUCCESS FINALLY AFTER LONG WAIT*****
i finally received my very own
personally signed evangeline lilly success*
i love her so much on lost
and i think i have written to her like 10 or 20 times
lol
and now i finally have mine
and u all know how long i have been waiting for my success
from her/lol
anyways
its a beautifully signed color promotional picture of her
as kate on LOST****
it says caitlin, i loved the stickers, happy belated 17th birthday
because the first time i wrote to her was around the time of my
birthday
lol
i dont remember when i sent this out but it was probably
sometime in march cause thats when my birthday
was
i sent an sae self addressed envelope
she paid for postage
she is sooo sweet and kind to her fans
=)
i received the greatest autograph in the world today
on november 24th, 2006
thanks so much fanmail.biz for the address
u guys truly do rock
sorry i dont have a scanner or a digital camera
i really wish i did though

Good point. It wouldn't really make sense for her to write to someone saying she was 17 unless she really was. I guess it happens...but still. And I guess it is possible that she made the whole success up. I mean, we've seen it before, haven't we?
