IRC's are called "international svarkupon" and can easily be bought at the post office. The current price is 13kr

I tried asking Post Denmark to help me out, but they didn't respond very often.

How many IRCS do I need to buy? I'd also like to know everything you buy at the postal office detailed.

That depends on how much weight you would like to receive. You can receive an image up to 13x18 cm on 1 IRC. I just go to the post office - any office really and ask for an IRC. They always have them.

I don't buy anything else

All you need to send a fanletter is this:

A letter
A picture that you would like to get signed
And a Self Addressed Envelope + IRC or Self Addressed Stamped Envelope.
