I Think rocknrepublicgirl Would Make A Good Junior Mod. I Don't Think She's Ready To Become A Full Moderator Yet, But I Think She Has Potential.

Certainly Better Than Some Of The Current JM's.

That's true, but we were never asked whether or not we thought those members should become Junior Moderators. I believe admin chooses most of them.
