phpBB hasn't set a release date for their RC1 yet. It's currently in Beta 4. Here is an example of the default layout of phpBB 3: http://area51.phpbb.com/phpBB/

Yeah, they have. Olympus (phpBB 3) should be released in a few months, as it's in Beta stage 4 now. They've just got to work out a few bugs.

admin could, theoretically, install Olympus now, but he's waiting for a stable version without any bugs.

I don't have the Christmas theme either. For those that do, try doing a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5). If that doesn't work, try clearing your browser's cache.

Should be out soon. Here's the latest from the phpBB team:

We are pleased to announce the availability of the phpBB3 Beta5 package. This fifth beta release marks the nearing end of the beta testing phase. The next release we anticipate will be Release Candidate 1.

It is phpBB's policy not to release set release dates for any of their software. We'll just have to wait and see.

I'd say it should definitely be out within a month...
