IRCs

Can IRCs be used in any country?

For example, if I, from the USA, bought an IRC from Australia, would I be able to use it to send to celebrities in another country (ie. Canada)?

Don't know if that made sense, but hope the general idea is understood!

Hi Josie :D

The IRC's bought from anywhere around the world are exactly the same except for the fact that they are marked with the country of origin.

So, any IRC you buy (regardless of where it is from) should work in any country you send it to ... provided that the country is affiliated with the Universal Postal Union.
