I have sent a couple e-mails to SFM, but have not gotten any response. From what I understand I am suppose to have gotten an auto generated message for each of the e-mails that I have sent. I have not gotten anything in my inbox. What am I doing wrong? Can you suggest something? PLEASE HELP!

Hi Justin

Don't worry. Studio fan mail doesn't make an auto generated message for each of the e-mails that you have sent. If you don't have in your inbox a "Delivery Status Notification" from any email, it's ok. Be patient, and the envelopes will arrive to your home.

I have just sent an email to the address tyrabanks@studiofanmail.com and nearly instantly received the following auto reply:

When I sent the request for the pic to studiofanmail, SFM doesn't make me an auto generated message and the pictures arrives to me. Maybe, the auto generated messages were created recently.
