Do the IRC's need to get stamped?

When I was buying IRC's on the post office, the ppl on the post office forgot stamping my IRC's and I sent them :S !
Do I have to stamp them?

Nope. Ive used unstamped ones before and never had a problem, so dont worry about it ;)

in canada it says on the irc where it needs to be
stamped that its not necessary
i've sent some unstamped

Or you could just go to "Collecting Help" "What is an IRC?" the first IRC on the pic. Thats the one I use

If you speak the language on the IRC. Where it should be stamped there is a little fine print.. read it.
