Sending to the US from UK?

Unread post by adamb »

Hey Guys, I ve just started collecting autographs via mail, having previously only got them in person.

I am based in the Uk and primarily want to send Requests to the US. However, I cant really be bothered with the hour long waits in my local post office!

1. Can i simply put the right amount of UK Stamps on the Envelope and put it in a normal mailbox with " Airmail" on it.

2. Can I use dollars or US Stamps instead of IRC's, which the post office never seems to have in?

I asked the post office about your first question and they said it's better to send it via the office, not mailbox.

Yes, if you are sending within the US then ofcourse you wouldn't bother going to the post office. I know I wouldn't.
