I've got a fair amount of uncancelled US stamps ready to go with my SAE for future requests....

It was weird. I managed to contact the actor online after I didn't get a response and they sent the autograph. But I never received it at this end. It was the only time I tried re-using stamps (I figured it would be better than an IRC, otherwise I wouldn't have done it if I lived in the US) so I thought maybe they busted me. Although it could be just a coincidence. LOL!

LOL! That has happened to me before when I wrote to Charlize Theron years ago. Still received nothing - well at least I got to meet her!

Hopefully it is just coincidence.. it would be a waste if these haven't been used again

By the way, I tried this scheme with Australian stamps and ... it worked!!

I only keep my envalopes if they have a return address. If they don't, there is no way of telling who it's from unless you write the name of the person on it. Even then, there is no garuntee that anyone will believe you, especially if they are trying to buy an autograph from you and they want to be 100% sure that it's real.
