Definatly J K Rowling as i don't know anyone else who has had a reply from her which is a signed photo. They have all got newsletters but never a signature.
I got a letter, the newsletter and a signed photo (well not really a photo it was a picture of the hogwarts express signed by her )

Plus she is like my idol so its great !

My favorite is my Jordin Sparks one. I just sent a SASE and picture to her and a few weeks later she sent back the picture signed with a huge message on it, plus one of her own personalized to me.

My fav's so far are my Julie Andrews one on one of her books that i got at the LA Times festival of books (IP) and my Rosie O'Donnell one that i got by mail....

Angus Scrimm. I know he is not a huge celebrity but he sent a lot of pictrues and sent a really nice letter.

Martin Sheen and Brian Cox were great replies as well.
