Re: John Cleese success !!
Did you send him the photo? This is one I got from him Via Venue around 2013 and they seem to match, but it could be a Pre Print, haven't seen a success from him in a while.

Nah I didn't. It was provided.... It's not a preprint as the autograph changes color/shines when you look at it under light. I also didn't get one of the standard preprint letters with it either. So unless someone wants to argue auto pen or sec then I got a nice success

That is false. He has authentically signed for many years until he started sending out PP a few years ago. I received him authentically in 2015 when I sent to a show he was in.Garyanderson wrote:No not real

You're wrong.
1) A successful via venue autograph has been posted in this topic
2) The ink changes color/shines when you look at it in person.
3) Look at the first two posts on this page:
http://www.fanmail.biz/feedback/John_Cleese/3.html
The autographs are clearly different.
Re: John Cleese success !!
I assume the reason you don't want to argue is that you don't actually have any proof to back up your blind statement? As others have said he used to sign TTM back when I first joined this forum, and signs VV. If the ink changes colour it's probably real, it's certainly not an Autopen or Secretarial.Garyanderson wrote:No not real

Thanks Spud I appreciate that. My guess is Mr. Cleese has a pre signed stack currently left with his assistant who sends them out on request via his site.
