When I send out requests, I use a 10x13 envelope with a letter and a 9x12 SASE inside it. I have no idea how much that weighs. I've been putting four $0.41 cent stamps on the 10x13. Is that too much? Can I get away with just three stamps? Even when I'm sending outside of the US, say to Canada?

Question about postage
Hey...if this has been answered before, I'm sorry. I tried to look, but didn't see anything that was real specific (nothing was spelled out for me the way I like
).

Re: Question about postage
yes Im sure 3 will be enough. most of the envelopes I send are around 2 oz. which is .97 postage, 3 ounces would be $1.14 so you would still be safe 3.
to send a 2 ounce letter to canada is $1 so 3 would work there too
