I want to try printing my own photos to send out for autographs. I viewed the earlier post that gave good websites to get photos from. Once I get a photo I like, how do I go about getting it printed out. I do NOT have a photo quality printer.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also, any good sites for pictures, particluarly sports photos would be welcomed.
Thanks.

Re: Printing Photos
Do you have a normal inkjet printer? Also do you have some photo paper if you do then you may be alright to print straight onto the photo paper. It's what I do and they always come out looking great!
You will have to make sure that the images you use are really high quality, and big enough to fit on your paper without it looking pixellated.

Hey there!!
If you do not have a photo printer, thats okay, if it's an inkjet you should get good quality out of the printed pictures!!
Firstly, Find a picture that is about 400KB for BEST quality.
2. Save that to your computer and click on the picture. After clicking on the pic, click on print picture. A screen will pop up with all your pictures. Click the picture and proceed.
3. You will be asked about which printer you will be using. Near the top you will see printer settings. CLick it. A screen will appear and ask you what you would like to print. Click picture and click BEST or HIGH quality.
4. Pick the paper. IMPORTANT!! Use glossy photo paper for best pictures.
5. Click picture size and print!
Hope this helps!

Re: Printing Photos
If your printer is not good, you can also sign up for wal-mart photo shop and they develop your photos for you. it costs about $2 for 8x10 and only .57c for 5x7. They will also deliver right to your home or you can pick them up at the closest wal-mart.
There are also plenty of fellow "fanmail" members that will sell you photos for a good price or trade for stamps and IRC's. Take a look around and see what you can find
.
Good luck. Hope this helps {thumb2}

Re: Printing Photos
using photo paper would be great. if you have none you could just print a pic out. but if you do not like the quality my last suggestions would be:
>buy a picture of them
>a lot of times, people are in magazines that are mini posters. they are nice quality.
