IRC to Canada

Do I need to send an IRC if I live in the US. I haven't seen anyone do this when they write to someone in Canada, so I'm confused :oops:

you can't use US stamps on your return envelope if it's coming from Canada. You either have to use Canadian Stamps or a couple of IRC's
