Some questions before I send the pix off...

Unread post by MadTV »

I was wondering if you send the person more than one pic, and you ask them in your letter to sign both do you think they would be gracious enough to do so?

Also, do you have any tips on how to get professional photos of them? Because the only thing I thought of is finding pix online and printing them at the library where they print using laserink so it looks really glossy and nice.

I normally send 2 pictures with my request. In pretty much all cases I have received both back signed.

If you are going to send multiple pictures, I would probably say don't send any more than 3.

Your best bet is to find high quality pictures of the celebrity in question. I have my photos printed at a photo lab, but you could always print pictures at home using a printer with glossy paper (preferably photo paper) - or in your instance at the library.

Alternatively, you could always just send a SASE and ask for a photo instead.

Good luck!

Thank you for the suggestion, but that website doesn't offer pictures of any member from MadTV. I will just print them out at the library. They are glossy photos in good quality, so it's ok..the important part is the signature anyway. Thanks you guys. {thumb2}

I normally always send more than one photo and receive them back signed (when I am lucky enough to get a reply).

To find good photos of the actor/actress go on google and type in "HQ photos of "-----actors name----" and hopefully something will pop up? I just do a bit of searching on fan sites' images & i normally find really good photos
=]

Good luck!
