MATT DAMON IN PERSON SUCCESS with Pictures & Video

I met Matt Damon yesterday @ the unveiling of his Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
I was able to get him to sign a Bourne Ultimatum photo.

That's sooo awsome! I'm going next month to the Bourne Ultimatum premier in Melbourne I hope! Fingers corssed i can get a photo with him! Can i ask, at a premier how do you go about asking something like that? Do you say somethign like 'would you mind if i got a photo with you?' ?

Hi Sai, for premieres/star ceremonies I usually go 12 hrs before the start of the event (only because the people here in LA are crazy enough to wait that long LoL and if you only go a few hrs in advance there's no way you will get a good spot let alone an autograph or picture.)
As for taking pictures with the stars, I usually simply ask if I could please take a picture with them and I ALWAYS have my camera already ready to shoot as soon as they get next to me because celebrities HATE having to wait for someone to set their camera. For this Matt Damon event, he came over to sign my picture and as he was signing I said "Hi Matt, could I please take a picture with you?" and he right away said "Sure, of course"

There's a very good chance you will get an autograph & pic with him when u go to the Melbourne bourne ultimatum premiere because HE'S EXTREMELY NICE to his fans...Hope that helps BEST OF LUCK TO YOU! Let us know how it goes!!!

WOW 12 hours! And here I was thinking of only going an hour early! Ok I know people don't waite that long here usually. I had a friend who went to a premier once and they said they waited i think 3 hours and they got too meet all the cast and talk to them
Hmmm maybe i should go 2 hours early I don't know! I don't mind going 5 hours early but, I'm trying to cart a friend along and I don't think she'll come that early, she's not really that enthusiastic

Thanks for the tips I hope it goes well. I've very nervouse as its my first premier and to be honest i hate crowds and have a fear of being trampled to death! lol, Im going ot the right place arn't I? lol
