Yes, it's a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope.

First thing, calm down. You won't think clearly if you are upset.

When you send a envelope for the celebrity to use to send YOU something, yes, it needs a stamp. If I am sending to another country, I don't have that country's stamps I leave it off. Sometimes the celebrity will respond anyway.

I put one stamp on a normal envelope, but two on a big 9X12 envelope.

If you are sending to the same country then yes, a stamp is needed. I use one, but as I use A4 evelopes the post office supplies speial "Large" stamps for them. If you are sending to another country then you don't need to out a stamp on the Sef Addreses Envelope, but you do need to incude 1 - 2 IRC's
