Does Studio Fan Mail still work?

Hello!
I have one question, Is Studio Fanmail still working? Their emails return RTS and their address: 1048 Irvine Avenue, Suite 624, Newport Beach CA 92660 also.

I googled their address 3 months ago: 1122 S Robertson Blvd # 15, Los Angeles, CA 90035 and wrote a letter to actress Anne Hathaway and still haven't heard back.

Not sure about the address, but the emails (@studiofanmail.com) are ALL returned "DNS Error: DNS type 'mx' lookup of studiofanmail.com responded with code SERVFAIL" when I attempted back in April.

Good luck with Martin Sheen! I hope the email doesn't come back to you as an RTS

I have DNS errors from: The Rock, Anne Hathaway (Later, I tried to write a letter to the studio fan mail), Ben Stiller, David Duchovny and Angelina Jolie.

Some get kicked back almost immediately and others for some reason take a few days to get kicked back.
