When to send a letter to via venue address?

I have collected autographs about 4 years and I haven't used a lot of via venue addresses.
But now I would like to know when should I sent a letter to a concert that´s in atlanta and I live in Finland?

Probably 1 1/2 weeks in advance..I live in Germany and I recently sent one to Good Charlotte via venue.. their concert is this Sat and I sent it Last Wednesday:P
