Honorable Chris Biggs served as Geary County Prosecutor from 1989-2003, as Kansas Securities Commissioner from 2003-2010, and as 30th Secretary of State of Kansas from 2010-2011. On 3/15/2024 I mailed a letter explaining how I find Honorable Biggs' work to be very inspiring to me at:
