IRC help please :)

I'm going to send a few autograph requests from England to the USA.

Would I need to go down to my post office and ask them to send it to America or do I put an IRC on the envelope?

You put the IRCS, letter and one envelope IN another envelope and put England/UK stamps on the second envelope

You must put the IRC's in the envelope :) Along with an SAE and letter :D
