When should I send?

There are two musicians that I want to send to via venue- one performing on Sept. 16 and one on Sept. 18.
I'm from Illinois, and the Sept 16 address is in Texas, and the Sept 18 is in New York. What date should I send out each request?

probably 3 days before the show
im not an expert though

At least 3-5 days in advance. I usually send a week in advance.
