I definitely prefer personalized.
Makes me feel special *lol* :lol: It does seem more like mine though if it's personalized.
At the very least I like a pre-print, I hate all that secretary signing stuff and all. If they're not going to sign, they could at least say so.

I'd deffinitelly prefer a personalised autograph!
I mean...it's great to know that the celebrity took some time to read your letter and name! :)

for most items i do prefer personalized but i agree with the traitor bats cards and balls dont usauly look good with personalizions i actually have no ip sport cards signed thou i have quite a few ip baseballs all before games a few bought bats auto again no ips for that.
i dont mind going to a store show ebay or a auction and buying autos either thou a certifacte of authenticity is nice to have most of the time when you buy of some of these things thou.
it is true the value does decrease about ten dollars when a auto is personalized but the autograph in a way isnt devalued like that it is special to have those items personalized their is no reason to sell something of your own unlless you plan in advance

Personalized for sure. I definitely think that the person took the time to read my relatively short letters and just putting my name on it makes me feel special.
If they DON'T put my name on it and it IS authentic, I am definitely just as happy. {??}

Hello! ;)
I prefer my photos personalised as I only collect for myself. I don't sell autographs (yes, I know I'm a trusted buyer and seller! :P I actually trade movie postcards... unsigned). So I love it when I get personalised autographs! :)

Personalized is my choice - my autograph requests are for our school reinforcement program, and we have had some incredibly wonderful personalized autographs. That is much more meaningful to the students!

I always ask for a personalization. It shows that you have no intent on selling the autograph, so it gives you a better chance to receive a response, I feel. And also, I just like that personal touch on the responses I receive {thumb2}

To be courteous, I always ask for a "signed and inscribed photo" instead of "personalized". "Inscribed" sounds more refined. :lol:
