Question about Green Customs Form - HELP!

Hello, All,

I have had a couple of overseas successes using the green customs form (after I knew I had to use it), however, my first request went to Keira Knightley without a green form - nobody at the post office told me I needed one when I gave it to them. It hasn't come back to me RTS and I sent it in July, so I guess that's a good thing? Basically, I want to know if they wuold send it without the form or if it's lost in limbo and I should resend. Any help would be REALLY appreciated.
